Do you have any milestone moments or favorite memories from your time as an NLT Team Member so far?

Q4 of last year. That’s when I really felt like I was a part of the team, understood what I was doing, and felt like I could take on more responsibility on my own. I took a little time to find my footing with some things, but by the holiday season I felt like I was able to assist our clients in a bigger way.

How would you describe what it is like to work at NextLevel Thinking?

It’s a fast pace mix of marketing, teamwork, and problem solving. It will keep you on your toes and sharpen you for sure!

What advice would you give a candidate who wants to join our team of superstars?

Be ready to listen, learn, and jump in head first. Having a team behind you that wants you to succeed means you have the chance to truly get involved with clients and pick up skills you didn’t have before.

What aspects of NextLevel Thinking’s culture have stood out to you the most?

The feedback and teamwork! Having a team that is willing to help with any project and give valuable opinions makes working here not only easier, but worthwhile.

In what ways do you think NLT differs from other workplaces you’ve experienced?

Commitment to the craft! We are always looking for the most thorough way to deliver for our clients, and go beyond what is expected.

How has your role at NLT helped you grow personally and professionally?

I’ve sharpened my skills from being around such a devoted team. Developing and developing ideas has become second nature, and it helps me with my own creative endeavors.
Also, I thought I was organized until I started here. There’s always room for another folder, and my computer has never been cleaner.
